Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kava Moon. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
We strive for lightning-fast fulfillment: orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day will typically be packed and shipped that exact same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the following business day. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We believe in complete transparency. We do not upcharge or make a profit on shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the exact weight of your package and the carrier's live rates.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather, which are outside of our control once the package is handed over to the carrier.
Please note that while USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, UPS and FedEx cannot. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure you select a USPS shipping option at checkout to avoid delays or returned packages.
At this time, Kava Moon only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Kava Moon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please reach out to us at contact@thekavamoon.com so we can assist you in tracking it down.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our products are consumable botanical beverages, strict health and safety guidelines apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unopened, unused, with all original manufacturer safety seals strictly intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, we strictly cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any opened, unsealed, or partially consumed beverages. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before opening it.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unsealed, unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
